This competition showcased the richness of Tunisian gastronomy, particularly in the context of Sfax.
A standout example from this edition was the team from ESAT LES ROMARINS, which won the Sustainable Environment Award. Their commitment to a greener future was recognized for reducing waste and using local products, thus contributing to the global sustainability and environmental responsibility efforts within the culinary world.
